Overview
Anthony Nolan was the world’s first register of people willing to donate their stem cells, to people with blood cancer and blood disorders who desperately need lifesaving transplants. The charity is embarking on a two-year programme called Transform, which will result in a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution, a new website and most importantly, much higher quality data which will enable the organisation to better engage with its supporters of today and in the future.
mhance was selected as the charity’s partner of choice to implement and deliver the CRM aspect of Transform involving Dynamics 365 for Nonprofits.
