m-hance Coronavirus/Covid-19 Update

We would like to reassure our customers that we are committed to supporting your business throughout the course of the Coronavirus/Covid-19 pandemic. We have continued to closely monitor the ever-changing situation and have also taken several steps to ensure we provide business continuity whilst safeguarding both our team and yours.

On Friday 13th March, we closed all our offices to test our Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans. This was a proactive measure in advance of having to close one or all of our offices as a result of Coronavirus or indeed for any other major event. We are pleased to report that the day was a success, there were no major issues reported and we were left confident that we could operate effectively as a remote business.

On Monday 16th March, the UK Government advised that everyone should avoid non-essential travel and contact with others, and that people should work from home as far as possible. As a responsible employer we have followed this advice. Therefore, we have encouraged every m-hance employee to work from home for the foreseeable future. This applied to our Irish office from Thursday 12th March as per the Irish Government’s advice.

For customers with whom we have on-going projects, it is business as usual so we will endeavour to keep communications open during the term of your project. We are encouraging our team to switch from face-to-face meetings to remote meetings as much as possible, making use of technology such as Microsoft Teams, webcams and videoconferencing facilities wherever these channels might be available. Our support line also remains open so please log any support issues via the usual number +44 (0) 330 777 1952 or +353 (0) 1 2059666 for Dublin (or Support@m-hance.com) and our team will be available to assist as normal.

We will continue to monitor the situation and follow the official guidelines. Please feel free to get in touch with your m-hance Account Manager who will be happy to assist if you have any further questions or concerns.

Kind regards

Alan
