Microsoft Partner, m-hance, has announced today the launch of its dedicated Charity Relationship Management solution, NfP 365 Essentials – a solution based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) platform that will allow charities to improve their marketing and fundraising efforts and better engage with their supporters.

m-hance, a leading business software provider and a Microsoft Gold Partner, has been providing business software solutions to the not-for-profit and charity sector for over 20 years, helping charities such as Oxfam Ireland, Comic Relief, UNICEF, Solent Mind, Amnesty International, Christian Aid and The Gurkha Welfare Trust deliver their mission through the use of Microsoft solutions.

Who is our NFP CRM for?

NfP 365 Essentials has been developed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized charities that are looking for an out-of-the-box, pre-packaged solution that will provide key relationship management, marketing and fundraising functionality, yet has the flexibility to extend and increase its capabilities as an organisation grows and its needs evolve.

The new product offering is based on m-hance’s current fully-featured NfP 365 solution, which has been designed to meet the needs and demands of larger and more complex charities.

Features of NFP 365 Essentials

Based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, NfP 365 Essentials has all the rich, intuitive and familiar functionality of Microsoft’s renowned CRM solution, but will also include NfP-specific functionality, such as the ability to process donations and Direct Debits, and reclaim Gift Aid. With NfP 365 Essentials, charities already using Microsoft Office 365 can easily access the functionality of the entire Microsoft suite from one single integrated platform.

NfP 365 Essentials will allow not-for-profit organisations to centralise their supporter information and provide them with the core tools to segment their data and target the right audiences with appropriate messages in a compliant way. The solution will also provide charities with a 360-degree view of their supporters and allow them to build more efficient, strategic marketing campaigns with the aim of turning one-off donors into life-long supporters.

NfP 365 Essentials has been designed to assist charities in their efforts to ensure compliance with the requirements of the upcoming General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Fundraising Preference Service (FPS).

Steve Driscoll, m-hance’s CEO, comments: “m-hance has worked with charities and not-for-profit organisations for over 20 years and we pride ourselves on understanding this sector and the challenges that these not-for-profit organisations and charities face. With our NfP 365 CRM solution, we have helped many NfPs improve the way they engage with and target their supporters, and ultimately, raise more money for their cause. Seeing such success with this solution naturally led us to develop NfP 365 Essentials – a platform that has been configured for the everyday needs of smaller charities, but has the option to add different modules and extra functionally as and when a charity needs it. We look forward to working with more charities of all sizes, providing them with solutions they need to do the good work that they do”.

To celebrate the launch of NfP 365 Essentials, m-hance will be hosting an exclusive event in conjunction with Microsoft on 7th November at the offices of NCVO in London. The day will see m-hance deliver an overview and demonstration of NfP 365 Essentials, and will feature talks from Microsoft and from NfP consultants, Adapta, who will be addressing the challenges facing charities arising from the upcoming General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
