m-hance, a leading Microsoft Gold Partner and provider of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to the not-for-profit sector, was selected by Médecins Sans Frontières to bring the charity’s internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution up to date so that it could meet its expanding needs and strategic goals.
Médecins Sans Frontières is the world’s leading medical aid organisation, dedicated to providing care to people at times of conflict or disaster. In over 70 countries worldwide, Médecins Sans Frontières provides both life-saving emergency medical care and longer-term assistance to make healthcare services available to the most vulnerable or excluded communities.
The Fundraising department of Médecins Sans Frontières /Doctors Without Borders (MSF) UK were looking to replace the department’s software system that had been in place since 2005. MSF UK’s fundraising team had grown substantially in both income and size, as well as the team’s ambitions and strategic goals.
Alan Moody, CEO at m-hance says
“We were delighted and privileged to be selected as the Microsoft Gold Partner for MSF UK. The solution chosen by the team is a customised and extended version of our NfP 365 Enterprise solution, with configuration to meet MSF UK’s requirements including data integration with third party income processing solutions. m-hance works with a wealth of charities within the sector and have delivered over 100 CRM implementations. We were therefore able to provide experience and expertise as well as a solution that has been specifically designed to meet the needs of charities. The project with MSF UK went live successfully in early August 2020.”
The team embarked on a digital transformation journey with the aim of implementing a modern and robust solution that would not only meet the charity’s strategic goals and ambitions, but also provide scalability to underpin future growth. m-hance’s NfP 365 Enterprise solution is built on the foundation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Service and tailored to the specific and unique needs of the charity sector.
James Kliffen, Head of Fundraising at MSF UK says
“The experience of working with the team at m-hance to implement our new CRM has been outstanding. They’re highly skilled and knowledgeable about the product and have gone the extra mile in terms of dedication to making the system viable for MSF UK. They also rose to the challenge of COVID-19, on top of an already ambitious implementation plan and the project was navigated through to a successful go-live.”
Users at MSF UK were engaged throughout the implementation process; from workshops where the charity’s requirements were gathered, to project activities such as sprint planning and regular playbacks so users could see the solution come to life, get early hands-on and suggest fine-tuning as the implementation progressed, resulting in a system that met the MSF UK team’s exact requirements.
