m-hance, a leading Microsoft Gold Partner and experienced provider of software solutions, is delighted to have launched a free resource for smaller charities in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The effects of COVID-19 have touched virtually every country, industry, organisation, community and individual around the globe. In response, communities are coming together to help each other and the most vulnerable through this very challenging time. Not-for-Profit organisations in particular have seen core fundraising activities reduced or stopped altogether with the temporary closure of retail shops and the banning of events – which is having a catastrophic effect on the causes and missions of these organisations.
In response to the crisis, m-hance wanted to support Not-for-Profit organisations with resources that can help them survive during and long after the pandemic. To that end, by leveraging the organisation’s experience of working closely with larger charities, the NfP 365 Accelerator resource has been launched today Friday 1st May 2020 – which is free for charities and will be available via Microsoft’s AppSource website soon.
Alan Moody, CEO at m-hance says: “The NfP 365 Accelerator is aimed at supporting smaller charities who have been hit the hardest by the crisis. It is built on the framework of Microsoft’s Nonprofit Common Data Model with additional functionality that will enable charities to house and organise information regarding the people who volunteer, support or donate to their organisation. The resource will also support charities with the management of fundraising events by helping them to coordinate costs, staffing, donations, volunteers, email communications and more. The roadmap for our NfP 365 Accelerator resource is exciting with additional capabilities already planned. We are confident that this will have a positive effect on the charity sector at this difficult time and beyond.”
NfP 365 Accelerator is part of a suite of products built using the framework of Microsoft Dynamics and tailored specifically for charities. The suite also includes NfP 365 Finance which is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions NfP 365 Enterprise, NfP 365 Foundation and NfP 365 Help & Advice; all built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. This growing portfolio demonstrates m-hance’s ability to offer charities of all sizes scalable and universal solutions for their fundraising, memberships, grant management, event management and finance requirements.
